YEAs in Armenia: Question-Lecture on EU–Armenia Relations at UFAR


On 11 December, Young European Ambassadors (YEAs) in Armenia moderated the second session of a question-lecture series on EU–Armenia relations, hosted by the Delegation of the European Union to Armenia for students of the French University of Armenia (UFAR) in Yerevan.

The lecture was delivered by Ambassador Vassilis Maragos, Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, and followed a question-lecture format moderated by a YEA. The session opened with pre-prepared questions posed to the Ambassador, followed by an open Q&A with students, fostering direct dialogue and engagement.

Results Achieved:

  • Enhanced students’ understanding of EU-Armenia relations, including current priorities and challenges.
  • Promoted youth engagement and dialogue with EU decision-makers.
  • Increased awareness of the Young European Ambassadors initiative.

Target Audience:

Students from the French University of Armenia (UFAR).
