The EU Delegation to Armenia has announced the 2026 call for proposals on ‘Strengthening civil society for inclusive and resilient communities’.
The call aims to reinforce the role of civil society organisations in promoting inclusive development, strengthening resilience, and fostering inclusive and resilient communities.
This call is divided into four lots: community-based social services, rights and socio-economic inclusion of persons with disabilities, youth- and women-led local sustainable development, and sustainable integration, protection services and reforms under the visa liberalisation dialogue.
The overall indicative amount made available under this call for proposals is €9.6 million (Lot 1: €3 million, Lot 2: €3 million, Lot 3: €2 million, Lot 4: €1.6 million).
Each lot requires a lead applicant and at least one co-applicant. To be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant must be a legal, non-profitmaking and non-governmental organisation and be effectively established in a Member State of the European Union or in Armenia or any other eligible country as stipulated in the basic act NDICI-GE.
The deadline for submission of concept notes is 20 April.
