Grants for CSOs in Georgia: support for advocacy activities and civic engagement of ethnic minorities, women and youth


Grants of up to GEL 14,000 are available for civil society organisations in Georgia under the latest call launched by ‘HEKS-EPER GEORGIA’ as part of the EU-funded project on ‘Strengthening civil society for equal and full participation in social, economic and political life’.

The grant call aims to support civil society organisations implementing advocacy activities and promoting the civic engagement of ethnic minorities, women and youth.

Within the competition, 20 grants will be awarded in six municipalities of Kvemo Kartli and Samtskhe-Javakheti (Marneuli, Bolnisi, Dmanisi, Akhaltsikhe, Akhalkalaki, and Ninotsminda). The average size of a grant is GEL 7,000 (minimum amount GEL 2,800, maximum amount GEL 14,000).

The competition is open to community organisations and initiative groups.

The deadline for applications is 30 January.
