Georgia: Father school in Kutaisi

The EU Delegation in Georgia invites men who are preparing to become fathers and young fathers in Kutaisi to sign up for the Father School programme.

The programme will consist of nine lessons in which they will learn more about caring for a pregnant partner or child, first aid, gender equality, reproductive health, contraception and other issues.

The lessons will take place twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and each session will last 2 hours. In addition to face-to-face meetings, there will also be distance meetings.

In order to sign up for Father School, you need to fill in this online form. The number of places is limited.

The Father School is part of the programme ‘EU4GenderEquality: Together Against Gender Stereotypes and Gender-Based Violence’, funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented jointly by UN Women and UNFPA in six Eastern Partnership countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.
