Georgia: Contest for media in Guria promoting civil society work


The EU Delegation to Georgia has shared an opportunity launched by the Guria Regional Hub, a regional platform working to empower civil society organisations. The platform announced a media contest aiming to promote the work of civil society in Georgian media. 

You can apply with an article, TV story, multimedia, video material (video, animation or other type of multimedia material published in online media), poster, blog, social media page. The content should relate to representatives of civil society (organisation, community group, individual activist activity) related to social challenges, civic engagement and civic responsibility.

Submitted material must be published/released from November 17 to December 27, 2022 in one of the media outlets in Guria – website, blog or social network page. 

The applicant may submit one or more works for the competition.

The winners will receive gift vouchers worth 300 GEL.

The deadline for applications is 27 December.
