EU Delegation to Armenia looking for Administrative Assistant


The EU Delegation to Armenia, working in Yerevan in close coordination with the Embassies and Consulates of the 27 EU Member States, is hiring an Administrative Assistant in the Delegation’s Administration Section.

The Administrative Assistant assists in tendering, contract management, asset management (office equipment, vehicle fleet, repairs and maintenance, insurance, etc.), drafting administrative memos and translating administrative documents from Armenian to English and vice versa, as well as performing other tasks.

​​The base salary will depend on relevant and verified employment experience, typically starting from around 12.5 million AMD per year. There is a competitive benefits package, subject to certain conditions, including personal leave days and public holidays, health insurances and a retirement savings plan. 

The expected start date is 1 February 2026. 

The candidate should have a Diploma of Secondary education, two years of related professional experience, and excellent drafting skills in English and Armenian.

The deadline for applications is 28 December.
