The EU4Youth programme is inviting enterprises in Georgia to participate in the upcoming Enterprise Expo 2021 in Tbilisi, an exhibition devoted to social and green enterprises.

Enterprise Expo 2021 is organised by the Caucasus Environmental NGO Network (CENN) as part of the EU-funded project, ‘EU4Youth: Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development (SEED) for Green Growth in Borderline Communities’.

The exhibition will be open to enterprises operating in any region of Georgia, which carry a social or environmental value and have at least 6 months of working experience in the field. The exhibition will be held in Tbilisi as part of EU Green Week, and its aim is to raise awareness about green and social entrepreneurship in Georgia, promote local enterprises and encourage the involvement of rural young people in entrepreneurial activities.

About the project

The project EU4Youth: Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development (SEED) Programme for Green Growth in Borderline Communities empowers disadvantaged youth in Georgia and Armenia to successfully transition from education to work through developing their Social Entrepreneurship (SE) and Green Innovation (GI) skills. The action encourages in particular vulnerable groups in target regions to seek innovative solutions contributing to green growth and higher social impact of their professional activities.

The project is part of the EU’s wider efforts to support young people, and is part of the EU4Youth programme. It is implemented by CENN in partnership with KRDF (Georgia) and Green Lane (Armenia).
