
The research by the “Coalition to Stop Violence against Women” NGO assesses Armenia’s legislative framework on gender equality, identifying the issues, as well as providing recommendations for better legislation. The research focuses on the implementation and effectiveness of the 2013 Law on Equal Rights and Equal Opportunities for Women and Men. It reviews international obligations and analyses related national legislation and proposes recommendations to strengthen legal protection and policy implementation.
