This newsletter, published by the EU-funded SALT programme in January 2026, announces the initiative’s new phase (Action IV ‘Education for Belarusians’), expected results and new opportunities for Belarusians in exile.
The newsletter also describes EdTech4BY, an EU-funded programme that helps Belarusian educators and EdTech creators living in Europe to develop modern digital learning solutions, and shares two personal stories from current scholarship recipients.
The ‘Education for Belarusians’ (formerly SALT) programme, implemented by the Central Project Management Agency (CPVA, Lithuania), aims to assist Belarusian students, lecturers, and researchers forced to flee the regime.
