Catalogue of nature-based solutions for water management in the Eastern Partnership countries

This ‘Catalogue of Nature-Based Solutions for water management in the Eastern Partnership countries’, developed by the EU-funded programme ‘EU4Environment – Water Resources and Environmental Data’, aims to facilitate the integration of Nature-based Solutions (NbS) into River Basin Management Plans (RBMPs) in Eastern Partnership countries, from the initial selection stage to implementation.

The Catalogue presents 34 documented solutions to restore rivers, protect biodiversity and tackle climate change.

The catalogue is also available in Armenian, Georgian, Romanian and Ukrainian.

The ‘EU4Environment – Water Resources and Environmental Data’ programme aims at improving people’s wellbeing in the EU’s Eastern Partnership Countries and enabling their green transformation in line with the European Green Deal and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
