EuroVillage 2025 in Baku attracts thousands of visitors


EuroVillage 2025, an open-air festival hosted by the European Union, took place on 22 June at Baku boulevard.

Organised by the Delegation of the European Union to Azerbaijan together with Embassies of the EU Member States, EuroVillage2025 offered thousands of visitors a day full of activities.

The event was opened with a welcoming speech by H.E. Peter Michalko, Ambassador of the European Union to Azerbaijan, and Ambassadors of EU Member States.

Participants had the opportunity to learn about EU-funded projects in Azerbaijan, explore study opportunities in Europe, and enjoy a range of sports and entertainment activities, including mini football with Sabah FC, basketball games and more.

The day concluded with a colourful concert programme, featuring Samira Efendi and Miles Band performing live.
