EU4YOUTH – Post-conflict Education and Trauma-Informed Pedagogy Programme

Апісанне
The “Post-Conflict Education and Trauma-Informed Pedagogy Programme” is an EU4Youth initiative tackling educational challenges in conflict-affected regions. The ongoing war in Ukraine has disrupted education, limiting opportunities for young people. This project integrates trauma-informed pedagogy and innovative teaching methods to support resilience among educators and students.

Key activities include specialized training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums on modern pedagogical approaches and the psychological effects of conflict. International cooperation is central, fostering best practice exchange, institutional ties, and collaborative research between Lithuania and Ukraine.

Funded by the Erasmus+ EU4Youth Programme, with €120,000 from the EU and Lithuania, the project runs until August 2025, promoting inclusive, trauma-informed education.
