YEA MAGAZINE – 2022

We are proud to present the third edition of the Young European Ambassadors’ (YEA) Magazine! In celebration of 2023 as the European Year of Skills, we have dedicated this year’s magazine issue to exploring the topic of skills. Inside you will find 15 articles written by young people from across the European Union, the United Kingdom and the Eastern Partner countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. We invite you to join us in learning about all things skills: the importance of skills, the process of acquiring and developing them, the relationships between skills and different industries, and how they can be used to positively impact our communities. The articles cover an array of topics including, but not limited to multilingualism, geography, the arts, environmental sustainability, media literacy, the workforce, and education. Whatever your interests are, you will certainly find an article worth reading

The first YEA Magazine was a special edition of the ORANGE Magazine, a web-based issue by European Youth Press (EYP), a project that provides young journalists with the space to practice and develops their professional skills within an enabling and inspiring environment. In the first edition, Young European Ambassadors, with the support of EYP, narrated and analysed different cultural and economical aspects of their countries, giving new perspectives and insights into the EU’s Eastern Partnership. In the pages of the magazine, there are interviews, short essays and articles about different topics, from a country’s language and how it developed in time to personal stories and experiences. Reading the magazine it’s like taking a trip in nowadays EaP countries. Make sure you grab your backpack and get ready to discover new things!
