Taras is an active and forward-thinking student of the International Relations faculty. His knowledge of five languages strengthens his communication abilities and global outlook. Singing in the choir has shaped his sense of harmony, collaboration, and emotional expression. Taras is committed to promoting heritage, cultural diplomacy and meaningful contributions to cultural and civic life. Being a member of the Association of Young Diplomats, he promotes cultural diplomacy and contributes to initiatives that strengthen Moldova’s international image. Taras is especially interested in Moldovan-Ukrainian relations, seeing them as a vital bridge of shared history, mutual support, and European aspirations.
