Sargan is studying Political Science and International Relations at the Qərbi Kaspi Universiteti (Western Caspian University). Being an active participant of many different volunteering experiences, such as Association Internationale des Étudiants en Sciences Économiques et Commerciales (AIESEC) and Euroschool, he has shown that he is a highly motivated and enthusiastic student with a strong interest in European integration and the development of bilateral cooperation. Sargan considers himself a friendly and helpful individual when it comes to assisting colleagues and other people asking for help. Driven by his interests, he works diligently to accomplish measurable impact in his community, while gathering experience for his future diplomatic career.
