Nazar is currently studying Law at the Національний університет “Києво-Могилянська академія” (National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”). In 2016 he became the member of the first participants’ wave of the Young European Ambassadors’ Initiative and since then he has been actively committing to its activity by promoting the European values in Chernihiv Region. In 2021 Nazar won a scholarship from the scholarship program for talented young leaders ‘Zavtra.ua’ for his research paper ‘‘The means of repelling the aircraft incidents under Article 3bis of the Chicago Convention”. Since 2019, Nazar has been promoting his hometown, Chernihiv, by organising visits of the Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary Ambassadors to his city and facilitating the establishment of bilateral cooperation in culture, education, business, and medicine. Nazar organised two youth forums dedicated to raising awareness on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Chernihiv. He actively contributes to drafting the bills on foreign policy topics and promotes the Ukrainian IT Sector in the EU.
