Elida has spent the past five years working in the youth field, focusing on the development of youth projects. She is now the founder of ‘ApaYouth’, a youth centre located in the Aparan community. The centre’s primary goal is to contribute to community development by initiating and coordinating non-formal educational programs that enhance both hard and soft skills for young people in the regions. Elida’s vision is for youth to not only be prepared for the future but to be active leaders and innovators in the here and now.
