Bahram is a Youth Climate Envoy at UNICEF Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, and the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He also serves as an SDG Guardian, advocating for sustainability, youth engagement, and policy development. He has participated in major international events, including COP29 and COY19, contributing to climate negotiations and youth capacity-building. Beyond climate advocacy, he has been involved in gender equality and leadership initiatives, conducting training sessions and mentoring young changemakers. Bahram is pursuing a bachelor degree in marketing at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction and is committed to strengthening EU-Azerbaijan relations through youth cooperation.
