
Artem is a graduate of the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in International Law. He completed an Erasmus+ exchange at Utrecht University School of Law in the Netherlands. Artem is the Chairman of the International Law Committee at the public organization Young Diplomacy Kyiv, where he leads international collaborations and youth initiatives, and a Junior Fellow at the analytical centre ADASTRA. He has interned at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and previously worked at Deloitte. Artem speaks Ukrainian, English, and Spanish. He is eager to contribute to the promotion of European values, dialogue, and cooperation among young people across the region.
