Andrea is currently completing his last year of a Master’s degree in International Relations, with a major in Diplomacy, at Luiss University in Rome, after having attained his Bachelor degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and taken part in the Erasmus+ programme at Universidad de Navarra in Spain. He has always been deeply committed in the field of youth empowerment, having worked as a trainee for a year at the Italian Department for Youth Policies and taken part in several youth-dedicated events around Europe and the US. His main passions are geopolitics, sports and non-formal education. Concerning the latter, he is member of the Board of Directors and Chief of Staff of a youth-led NGO working in Italy and the US to develop innovative projects for young people from all over the world.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
