On February 12th, YEA Alba López Valera implemented two interactive workshops at Salesianos Granada School, targeting students from the last two years of high school and vocational education. The activity aimed to bridge the information gap for youth in a socio-economically disadvantaged area by providing practical guidance on EU-funded opportunities such as Erasmus+, the European Solidarity Corps, and DiscoverEU, while introducing the Eastern Partnership (EaP) and the Young European Ambassadors (YEA) initiative.
The sessions followed a three-step structure: vocational discovery using the Ikigai method and the Golden Circle framework; a practical academic toolkit with study guidance and personal experience sharing; and an overview of EU-funded opportunities, highlighting youth engagement and cross-border cooperation.
