The IRIS Business Incubator, as part of the Three4ResilientArmenia programme, has announced the third round of applications for the SPARK and BUILD programmes.
The aim of the project is to support displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh and those affected by the wars of 2020 and 2023 and the Debed River floods, and other vulnerable people in establishing and developing their businesses.
The programme will support those who have a business idea or a new business but don’t know how to develop it, or need support, expertise or financial resources from industry experts.
If you are self-employed or have a business idea at the early stage, apply to the SPARK programme.
If you have registered a new business or SME in the last three years, apply for the STROY programme.
The deadline is 26 June 2026.
