At the Eastern Partnership (EaP) Summit in November 2017, EU Member States and Eastern partner countries Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine endorsed the ‘20 deliverables for 2020’, an ambitious reform agenda. The final review of their implementation shows that the EaP has been delivering tangible benefits for citizens in four key areas: economy, governance, connectivity and society, although challenges remain, notably in the area of rule of law, civil society space, media and gender. This factsheet highlights the key achievements and challenges ahead.
