Vlada is a second-year Bachelor of Arts student at the Şcoala Naţională de Studii Politice şi Administrative din Bucureşti (National School of Political Studies and Public Administration of Bucharest, Romania). She majors in International Relations and European Studies and is currently participating in an Erasmus exchange at Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem (ELTE) (Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, Hungary). More recently, Vlada has been interning at the American Councils for International Education Slovakia within the FLEX Alumni Internship Program. At the same time, she is working as a communication officer at the Experts for Security and Global Affairs in Bucharest, Romania. This position affords her first-hand insight into diplomacy and foreign policy, providing her with the opportunity to apply her knowledge in both a practical and demanding context. She believes that civic engagement is a great way to gain a deeper understanding of global challenges and cultural diversity, as well as to learn about the foundations of a democratic society.
