Nusrat is studying International Relations at the Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidenti Yanında Dövlət İdarəçilik Akademiyası (The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan). Throughout his studies, he has been engaging in a variety of social activities, such as youth debates, conferences, simulations and training related to his field of study in various countries across Europe. Honourably, in 2019, he was designated as a Youth Ambassador for Peace and Intercultural Dialogue by UNESCO. He is inspired to be a part of the process of promoting friendship and sympathy among communities around the world. In 2020, he started his Master’s degree studies at Xəzər Universiteti (Khazar University). Currently, he works as a freelance analyst at Eurasian Partnership Foundation. As a Young European Ambassador, he is convinced that we can make changes through collaboration.
