Nusrat has studied International Relations at the Academy of Public Administration. During these years he has been engaging in various types of social activities, such as youth debates, conferences, simulations and training related to his field of study in various countries across Europe. Honourably, in 2019, he was designated as a Youth Ambassador for Peace and Intercultural Dialogue by UNESCO. He is inspired to be a part of the process of promoting friendship and sympathy among communities around the world. In 2020, he started his master’s at Khazar University on European studies. Currently, he works as a freelance analyst at Eurasian Partnership Foundation. As a Young European Ambassador, he is convinced that we can make changes through collaboration.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a B&S Europe-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
