Jeyhuna graduated from the Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universiteti (Azerbaijan State University of Economics) with distinction. She has experience in strategic planning in the public sector that helped to see how the economic, business and legal processes work. She has contributed to the development of the Monitoring and Evaluation framework of the State program for 2019-2025 for ensuring food safety of the Republic of Azerbaijan with its key performance indicators, baselines, and 7-year targets. In general, working closely with international organisations such as the World Bank, IFC, UNDP prepared her to be a professional young leader as well as being a Young European Ambassador.
