  • Country of origin: Moldova
  • Occupation: Student
  • Current residence: Chisinau, Moldova

Alexandrina is studying International Relations at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem ELTE (Eötvös Loránd University) Budapest.

She has a firm belief in the power of professionalism, kindness, and love. Alexandrina says that, since 2017 she started to challenge herself to do the activities that felt right for her with the greatest passion. She considers that it was thanks to this positive mental attitude that she gained experience as a volunteer for the Youth.md media platform and a national radio station, as well as the opportunity to work in the ‘Chișinău for European Youth Capital 2020/2021’ team.

To learn creative thinking and active citizenship values by being a delegate, then a staff member of the Wave Week Moldova program, was a blessing for her. As a motivated young professional, she has actively participated in international programs for youth empowerment, highlighting the Global-In Fellowship youth exchange in diplomacy and politics, the European Youth Debate forum, Model United Nations conferences. She considers that all these moments truly shaped her European identity. Human rights, public diplomacy, security studies, peace building – her fields of interest are deeply reflected in the core values of the European Union. Alexandrina is convinced that the Young European Ambassadors of the Republic of Moldova will be hugely successful in their aims and objectives.
