EU Representative for South Caucasus holds high-level consultations in Yerevan


On 13-14 July, the European Union Representative for South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar, held a series of high-level consultations in Armenia. 

He met in Yerevan with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan. 

The meetings addressed some of the key issues discussed by Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders in the ‘Brussels format’ with European Council President Charles Michel, such as reconciliation efforts, humanitarian, economic and border issues, and a possible future peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Toivo Klaar will also hold consultations in Baku, Azerbaijan, on 15 July.
