Xenia is a high school student. As a graduate of the FLEX cultural and academic exchange program, she decided that nothing is more beautiful than being part of the exchange and planting of positive and inspiring ideas in others. Her first step in this direction since returning home was to become President of her high school’s Student Council and City Representative of Chisinau in the American Councils. Xenia believes in the idea of youth initiatives and their impact on the world, and that’s why she encourages her peers to join those who want to make the world a better place for everyone.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
