VusalaI was born in the Gabala district, and graduated from Nohurgishlag Village Secondary School with a gold medal. She has since graduated from the Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidenti Yanında Dövlət İdarəçilik Akademiyası (The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan) with a Bachelor degree in Jurisprudence with a Presidential scholarship and Honours. In 2022, Vusalal graduated with one of the highest GPA in Administrative Law, Administrative Process, and Economic and Financial Law at Bakı Dövlət Universiteti (Baku State University). Vusala has been working as a leading consultant in the “Legal, human resources, and documentation” department of Seaside Boulevard Administration for 4 years. Moreover, she’s planning to study towards another Master’s degree in International Human Rights Law in Europe. Vusalal brings great academic strength to the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative.
