Victoriia has recently graduated with a Master’s degree and is now looking forward to the new and exciting opportunities and challenges that the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative will bring and the growth and development she will gain throughout. During her academic journey, she had the privilege of attending various courses on international relations and Neighbourhood policy at the prestigious John Skytte Institute of Political Studies within the University of Tartu in Estonia. Beyond academic pursuits, Victoriia has participated in multiple educational projects within Ukraine. Her interests span across a range of topics, such as anticorruption, European Union affairs, legislative power of countries in the Eastern Partnership, humanitarian law, and European conventions. Her passions lie in foreign languages, particularly English and French, and the world of law. In her role as a Young European Ambassador, she aims to raise awareness among the youth, collaborate with like-minded individuals, and spread high values across the world. She believes that by nurturing the next generation of highly educated, and change-driven young people, it’s possible to make a meaningful difference in the world.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
