Talia holds a Master’s degree from Xəzər Universiteti (Khazar University), and is firmly convinced that education holds the key to changing the world. She believes in the importance of self-discovery within a society and advocates for critical thinking as the path to educational development. Talia actively contributes to this cause, having taken part in EduCamp, where she exchanged ideas with fellow students. Her passion lies in using education as a force for positive change on a global scale, and she is looking forward to spreading that message in her new role as a Young European Ambassador.

EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
