Ștefan is studying mathematics and informatics at “Gheorghe Șincai” National Bilingual College. He is a critical thinker, a quick learner, empathetic, but most importantly, he is a devoted volunteer who likes to organise charity events that bring his community together for a greater cause. He is very keen on learning more about international diplomacy and the inner workings of the European Union. He is eager to participate in and contribute to the goals represented by the European Union and make a true impact on the European community. In his free time, he enjoys playing the piano, as well as reading or listening to music.

EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
