Sevinj is currently studying for a Bachelor in Jurisprudence at Bakı Dövlət Universiteti (Baku State University). She has been participating in the “Empowered Youth, Monitored Courts” project, organised within the framework of European Union Eastern Partnership, in a legal internship with the “Continue” Youth Organisation on Protocol, as well as being a member in the “Continue” law club and various other organisations. These have given her lots of professional and personal advantages, and has motivated her to work in internationally managed projects. In this way she believes she will be able to contribute her society. Sevinj considers being selected to be a part of the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative to be her lucky break in realising her wishes and goals in the near future.

It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
