Saba is studying towards a Bachelor degree in International Relations at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. He is from the region of Abkhazia, and is actively involved in various student activities, aiming to gain knowledge and experience for the future. He is a member of the “Young Diplomats Club of Georgia” organisation, and aims to contribute to raising the awareness of the central or regional society about political, social or other spheres in the background of collective work. Saba hopes that by becoming a Young European Ambassador, he will be able to contribute to the development of his country.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
