Rovshan holds a Bachelor degree in Finance from the Faculty of the International School of Economics at the Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universiteti (Azerbaijan State University of Economics). He is passionate about HR social sciences and event planning and has participated in a number of projects related to the Model United Nations, the European Youth Parliament, and sport-science events like F1, MINEPS VII, and IAC. Rovshan is also serving as the elected Local Committee Director of Incoming Projects for the Association Internationale des Étudiants en Sciences Économiques et Commerciale (AIESEC). Thanks to this he has developed amazing soft and hard skills by exchanging cross-cultural understanding. Rovshan is ardent about the European Region, and always strives to learn more about it and picking up new languages like French. He strongly believes the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative will push him to the next level and help him develop and grow for the better.

It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
