Rahim is a student of the Faculty of Law at Bakı Dövlət Universiteti (Baku State University). He has volunteered as a student advisor in the Pro Bono clinic (legal clinic). He is also a member of directors in ELSA, (European Law Student Association Azerbaijan) and candidate for being vice president in charge of Student Trainee Exchange Programs. In addition to these, he is volunteering as a translator at Khan academy. He is interested in EU affairs and the partnership and cooperation between the EU and his country.

EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
