Rafael is studying for a Bachelor degree at the Faculty of Law at Bakı Dövlət Universiteti (Baku State University), while also being the co-founder and board member of the “Femida Volunteers” Organisation. He has also been a legal intern at the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan Republic as well as various other Law Offices. Rafael has actively participated in lots of local and international non-governmental organisation projects, for which he has also been a volunteer. He aims to implement various projects and activities to further promote European values and raise the level of education in Azerbaijan, and believes being a Young European Ambassador will be of great help in this endeavour.
