Polina is currently studying Politics and Government and Applied Economics at the University of Tartu in Estonia. She is actively engaged in civic activism, being a development cooperation intern and fair trade educator at the NGO Mondo, an active member of the Society of International Relations and the Society of Political Science, an observer of the Citizens’ Assembly for a Green Capital from the DD Center for Democracy. Being a representative of the Russian-speaking minority in a relatively small country, she has a genuine desire to help others by being involved in decision-making, policy drafting and cooperation regarding youth’s well-being and safety.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
