Parvana is currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Finance at Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universiteti (Azerbaijan State University of Economics) within the prestigious faculty of the International School of Economics (ISE), where she is immersed in the dynamic world of finance and economics, while actively seeking new opportunities. She has been involved in numerous voluntary activities favouring society and believes that the young generation holds the power to make the world a better place. In addition, she is passionate about music, animals, nature, and learning new languages, for example German. Parvana considers the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative an essential experience in achieving her goals and she aims to implement crucial projects on gender equality, combating racism, and the welfare of our furry friends as part of the YEAs.

EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
