Nigar is a young professional who works as a junior specialist at the Innovation and Digital Development Agency. She graduated from Bakı Dövlət Universiteti(Baku State University) with a degree in Economics. Since her university years she has volunteered for many organisations, events, and projects (mainly charity projects). Nigar looks forward to contributing to the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative and its goals with her experience, knowledge, and skills. She is primarily interested in event and project management fields and wants to raise awareness about Sustainable Development Goals in her community.

EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
