Minara is a Law student of the SABAH Groups at Bakı Dövlət Universiteti (Baku State University). At the same time she works as the Director of External Relations at “ELSA Azerbaijan” as well as a Themis volunteer. With experience in various courts and law firms, she is also an active member of various organisations such as “ESN Azerbaijan” and “Brain Centers—Law Committee.” Minara also enjoys collaborating with youth organisations and works with great enthusiasm and determination to achieve her future goals. She believes that joining the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative will play a unique role in her life, leading to significant achievements.

It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
