Maxim is a student of Law at the Universitatea de Stat din Moldova (State University of Moldova), and is also one of the founders and leader of student group “Forum of Political Discussions”, an initiative for promoting politics, history, politology between students. He was also a leader of the debate club in “Association of Young Diplomats of Moldova”. He believes that the most significant goal of Moldova is to improve and develop the political culture of the population to ensure strong and stable democratic institutions. Democracy in his point of view is a vital element of healthy society because it ensures healthy competition which is key to sustainable development.
