Mariam studies Law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and considers herself to be someone who embraces new challenges with enthusiasm and seizes every opportunity that life presents. Eager to explore and grow, she approaches each experience with an open mind and a determination to make the most of it. She has participated in three Erasmus+ Youth Exchange programs, and has engaged in a variety of activities, and has shared different interactions during her time abroad with Erasmus. This has helped her cultivate her personal and intellectual growth, weaving a vibrant tapestry of experiences that guide her journey. Mariam is honored to be part of the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative and believes that it will help her change herself and society for the better.

EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
