Mariam is studying International Relations at the Free University of Tbilisi. Her specialisations are the Atlantic region and the French and Spanish languages. Aside from her studies, she engages in volunteer work and non-profit organisation projects such as various conferences and UN modelling.  She currently performs the role of a facilitator in the School of Diplomacy, and for the past two years, Mariam has been tutoring secondary school students in English language and Maths. Teaching and sharing knowledge allows her to improve her organisational and communication skills while creating meaningful relationships with her students. She hopes that she will be able to implement interesting and useful projects in her hometown, Rustavi, aimed at local and strong-willed young people.
