Lusine is currently running the “Solution HUB” community development non-governmental organisation. She also studies Human Rights and Democratisation at Global Campus and directs all her efforts to community development projects and empowerment of a local self-government system aimed at the decentralisation and equal development of society and infrastructure. Lusine is a very active civil society member, mentor, and trainer of sustainability and empowerment. She is excited about becoming a YEA ambassador and hopes it will help and challenge her in her future professional development.

EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
