Luana-Maria Tintea

Luana-Maria Tintea

  • Country of origin: EU
  • Current residence: Romania

Luana is a high school student at “Samuel von Brukenthal” in Sibiu; even though her family is Romanian, she has attended the German school since an early age. Over the years, she drew nearer to the German minority group in Sibiu, becoming a young ambassador of the minority for a year. Her passion for debate opened her eyes to the vast world of diplomacy and geopolitical challenges, making her wish for change even greater. Luana is a keen traveller, so the opportunity to experience foreign cultures has become a hobby for her; she even had the chance to have an Erasmus+ experience on the topic of reanimating the traditions of various countries. Projects surrounding sustainability, work for the community, and strengthening connections within the EU are close to her heart; her motivation lies within the trust she has in young people like the Young European Ambassadors, and the hope she has for shaping a better tomorrow.
