Joséphine studied political science and European studies in Belgium and is currently doing an advanced Master’s degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies at the College of Europe in Natolin, Poland. Interested in the field of security and defence, she has written on the role of the EU and NATO in Bosnia-Herzegovina and on the EU’s response to geopolitical tensions in the Nagorno-Karabakh region. Involved in voluntary activities, she has already spent several years with the Simulation du Parlement européen Canada-Québec-Europe (SPECQUE). Passionate about diplomatic and geopolitical issues, she decided to join the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative to deepen her knowledge of this part of the European Union.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
