Irakli is studying for a Bachelor in Political Science at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Tbilisi State University. He has been actively involved in informal activities and has many years of volunteering experience in various local organisations. In 2021 he joined the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Georgia’s campaign ‘Shall We Go to Vote?’ as a young trainer, and frequently participates in projects, trainings, conferences in his endeavours to be an active citizen.

EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
