Illia is a Bachelor degree student at the Faculty of International Relations at Одеський національний університет імені І.І.Мечникова (Odessa National University named after I I Mechnikov). He is interested in studying politics, security and defense policy of the European Union, nuclear non-proliferation and deterrence. He was a participant in many international conferences, workshops and schools in the EU and abroad. He speaks Ukrainian, English, French, Polish, German and Russian. Futhermore he believes that proper networking, cooperation and diplomacy are the main components that lead to conflict resolution and a more peaceful and secure future.
